Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or if you unexpectedly become unsuitable for treatment.
Treatment Quality: All treatments are performed with care and to the highest standards. I am committed to achieving the best possible results for every client.
Results: While I proudly maintain a 95% success rate, it’s important to note that results can vary from person to person.
Discretion on Refund Requests: In the unlikely event of a genuine issue, I may use my discretion when reviewing refund requests. If applicable, I will endeavor to offer a reasonable solution to address your concerns.

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are free of charge. If you wish to reschedule, availability is not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Less Than 48 Hours:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. For new package bookings, this fee is calculated based on the cost of a single appointment, not the total package price.
Pre-Paid Packages: Cancellations made within this window will require a £20 rescheduling fee or result in forfeiture of the pre-paid session.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
100% of the appointment cost is payable for same-day cancellations or no-shows, as these slots cannot be refilled at short notice.
For new package bookings, the fee is based on the cost of a single treatment, not the total package price.
For pre-paid packages, the session will be forfeited.
Future Bookings:
Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay in advance or provide a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
I reserve the right to block clients from rebooking in cases of repeated policy violations.

It is recommended to avoid abdominal body contouring treatments using machines during menstruation for your comfort and to achieve optimal results. Clients are kindly asked to track their menstrual cycle to the best of their ability and schedule appointments accordingly to avoid last-minute cancellations or rescheduling fees.

Clients must inform me as soon as possible if they anticipate being late for their appointment.
Time lost due to lateness will be deducted from the treatment, which may impact its effectiveness. The full appointment fee will still apply.
If a client is 15 minutes late or more, the appointment may be cancelled or forfeited, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Appointment Confirmation:
All appointments must be confirmed with a valid bank card on Fresha at the time of booking.
No upfront payment or deposit is required unless otherwise agreed.
Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours without prior notice.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the appointment and can be made via cash, bank transfer, or the Fresha app.
Klarna payments must be made in advance. Please refer to the Klarna Policy for more details.
Consultation and Medical Disclosure:
All appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion of the consultation form.
Clients are responsible for informing me of any changes to their medical or lifestyle history that may impact treatment, prior to each appointment.
Online consultation forms must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to allow time for review. Some medical or lifestyle factors may prohibit or delay treatments.
Right to Refuse Treatment:
I reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client, particularly if they are medically unsuitable,have failed to follow guidance or aftercare instructions. The last-minute cancellation policy will apply in these cases.
Appointment Transfers:
Appointments cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.
The Fresha account and consultation form must belong to the person booking and attending the appointment.

Some medical or lifestyle factors may make a client unsuitable for certain treatments. Contraindications include, but are not limited to:Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Heart conditions, including heart disease, pacemakers, or arrhythmias
Severe varicose veins or deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Cancer, especially in areas being treated or if undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds in the treatment area
Diabetes, particularly if blood sugar levels are poorly controlled
Autoimmune disorders or chronic conditions that affect skin healing
Use of certain medications, such as blood thinners, steroids, or immunosuppressive drugs
Recent surgery or treatments in the area being targeted
If any of these conditions apply, treatments may need to be postponed or altered. During the consultation, I will assess your suitability for treatments, and a decision will be made based on your health status.
Adverse Reactions:
While every effort is made to minimize risks, some clients may experience side effects or complications, including:Redness, swelling, or bruising at the treatment site (temporary)
Skin irritation or sensitivity
Nausea or dizziness during or after certain treatments
Changes in skin tone or texture in rare cases

Client Hygiene:
Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene prior to treatments, as this ensures a safe, comfortable, and effective procedure. In particular, for body contouring treatments, it is recommended that clients:Arrive clean and free from excessive lotions, oils, or makeup in the treatment area.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the treatment site.
Use deodorant or avoid wearing it for specific treatments, as advised during your consultation.
Sanitation and Safety:
I follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for all treatments:All equipment is sanitized or disposed of after each use.
Any tools or machines used during treatments are sterilized regularly and inspected for safety.
Single-use disposable materials are used where necessary to minimize any risk of contamination.
Hands are washed thoroughly before and after every treatment session, and I wear appropriate gloves when necessary.
COVID-19 and Other Contagious Illnesses:
In line with health guidelines and best practices, I take extra precautions to ensure the safety of all clients during contagious outbreaks such as COVID-19:I will follow all government or health authority guidelines for sanitation and cleaning.
I reserve the right to reschedule or refuse treatment to anyone exhibiting signs of illness, such as fever, cough, or any symptoms of a contagious disease.
Clients are required to reschedule if they have been in contact with someone diagnosed with a contagious illness within the last 14 days.
Infection Control:
While treatments are designed to be safe, there is always a small risk of infection with any procedure involving the skin. To minimize this risk:I will provide clear aftercare instructions to help reduce the risk of infection following treatments.
Clients are responsible for following these aftercare guidelines to ensure proper healing.
Any signs of infection, such as unusual redness, warmth, swelling, or pus, must be reported immediately.
Right to Refuse Service:
I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who appears to be in poor health, is unable to follow health or hygiene protocols, or is not in a condition suitable for the treatment (e.g., has open wounds, active skin infections, or visible contagious conditions).

Booking Agreement:
By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift voucher or package, you agree to adhere to all policies outlined in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation, rescheduling, payment, hygiene, and aftercare policies.
It is your responsibility to review and understand the policies prior to booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me for clarification.
Changes to Policies:
I reserve the right to amend these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next appointment or at the time of booking. Clients will be expected to follow the updated policies when making future appointments.
If significant changes to these policies are made, clients who have already booked appointments will be given a grace period to adjust to the new terms.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By confirming and attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
You also agree that any failure to comply with the policies may result in cancellation of services or refusal of future appointments.
